Issue: Webcam is now working despite the fact that the drivers are installed properly and that the camera is allowed in the browser sites. Go to this Microsoft site and run a camera test and click on the open camera icon.
If the camera is being used by another app which may have locked or frozen it, the Web site will let you know. In that case, the best course of action is to restart your PC.
