How to Log in to Windows AD and NetExtender Simultaneously - Outsourced Managed IT Services, Help Desk & IT Support

Requirements:

Windows 10
NetExtender Preinstalled
Internet Connection

After joining the domain and restarting, click on the network login icon at the bototm right of the Windows login screen.

Enter the user’s AD logon credentials, then press enter.

Note: You will be prompted to log in using NetExtender. You will need to know the eaxt details and note that it’s all case sensitive!

Fill in the NetExtender details and click connect. If the NetExtender server name and domain are not prepopulated, please contact our helpdesk.

Miguel, After NetExtender connects are you having to hit the back button and then login to windows? Right now if I 1st connect NX I have to login in a second time to windows.

  Hello David thank you for posting. You do have to log in twice, once for netExtender and another to the domain but I have never seen the back button or issue you are talking about. If you could be more specific I would appreciate it as the conditions may vary.
